About Amy S. Davis, Attorney At Law

I was born in Pennsylvania but was raised mostly in New Jersey. I attended Oral Roberts University and earned a BS degree in 1991. I spent a year working as a Governor Fellow at the Inns of Court of Virginia and then went to Regent University where I studied both public policy and the law. In 1995 I graduated with both MA and JD degrees.

I passed the North Carolina bar in 1996 and began practicing law in Concord in the office of another attorney. I quickly decided to open my own practice and I opened the Law Office of Amy S. Davis in 1998.

Along with Consumer Bankruptcy, I handle Family Law and Adoptions, both domestic and foreign. As the mother of two adoptees, I particularly love to handle adoptions. I am currently a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
